About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Product Manager to lead internal tools initiatives related to monitoring, tracing, incident management, and system visibility. You will work closely with engineering and operational teams to define and improve the tools, workflows, and platforms used to monitor services, detect issues, and reduce downtime. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on improving tech operations and has experience helping technical teams operate and support large-scale systems.
Responsibilities

Own and drive the roadmap for monitoring, tracing, alerting, and incident management capabilities.

Partner with engineering and operational teams to identify pain points and prioritize high-impact improvements.

Define and evolve internal platform capabilities related to logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, alerts, and incident workflows.

Work closely with technical teams to balance reliability, scalability, speed, and usability.

Define success metrics and measure platform impact, adoption, uptime, incident response, and operational efficiency.

Translate technical requirements into product plans, priorities, and execution roadmaps.

Support change management and help teams adopt new platform capabilities successfully.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Management or a similarly technical role.

Prior hands-on experience in software engineering/SRE, infrastructure, platform engineering, operations, or related technical environments.

Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, logging, tracing, alerting, incident management, and system reliability concepts.

Comfortable working closely with technical teams on roadmap, architecture, and delivery.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving, and highly technical environments.
