Recruitis is looking for talented QA Engineers for several new roles across our client portfolio. We're currently working with several high-growth tech companies that value efficiency, innovation, and expertise.

In this role, you will get to:

• Lead the quality assurance strategy, embedding quality at each phase of the product lifecycle.
• Develop and execute rigorous testing processes across functional, non-functional, and regression testing areas.
• Manage defect tracking, ensuring swift resolutions and implementing strategies for continuous quality improvement.
• Establish automated testing frameworks to boost efficiency and coverage.
• Guide a team of QA engineers, setting quality benchmarks and supporting them in meeting these standards.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR), collaborating closely with development teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, suggesting solutions to cross-platform challenges.

You'll be successful if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• 2-4 years of software quality assurance experience.
• Proficient in QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and various testing techniques (e.g., black-box, white-box).
• Expertise in automated testing tools (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
• Proven communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Background in fintech or regulated industries is beneficial.
