In this role, you will get to:
Build and Implement Campaign Frameworks
- Establish comprehensive frameworks to measure and improve campaign success, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define and implement KPIs and benchmarks to consistently track and optimize traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Serve as the central contact for satellite markets, providing strategic guidance and operational support for localized campaigns.
- Adapt overarching strategies to address the unique needs and preferences of regional markets, ensuring relevance and impact.
Analyze Performance and Drive Optimization
- Dive deep into campaign performance data and user journeys to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI, enhancing the overall effectiveness of campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize in-app content, product layouts, and user flows for improved engagement and conversions.
- Continuously enhance monitoring processes and establish best practices to elevate campaign execution across teams.
- Actively gather feedback from stakeholders to refine campaign frameworks and ensure alignment with evolving objectives.
Communicate Results and Insights Effectively
- Share campaign progress, outcomes, and insights with stakeholders using compelling, data-driven narratives.
- Deliver detailed performance reports with practical recommendations to guide future campaign initiatives.
You'll be successful if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven ability to lead conversion rate optimization, user journey enhancements, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical expertise, with a track record of using data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including regional market teams.
- Familiarity with campaign management platforms, traffic optimization tools, and user engagement strategies.
