In this role, you will get to:

Lead Platform Engineering Initiatives

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for platform infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and infrastructure projects to ensure platform reliability and optimal performance.
• Foster a culture of automation, observability, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Architect and Implement Scalable Solutions

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions that support the company's global B2B SaaS offerings.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of a multi-tenant platform, ensuring seamless integration and high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform architecture with business objectives and customer needs.

Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Implement processes and tools that enhance developer experience and productivity.
• Lead initiatives to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.

You'll be successful if you have:

• Extensive experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and robust platform solutions.
• Strong technical leadership skills with experience in mentoring engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and modern development practices.
